When assigning an order, you agree to use our services. We shall only deal with your Order after finishing your payment for your ordered services.
The payment for the services is computed according to our current pricing plan and should be paid in advance. We are not responsible for providing services until the payment has been made in full and has been authorized. Orders can be delivered with the payment methods presently available on our Website.
According to the Revision and Refund Policy, if any client wishes to stop working with us, a refund can be processed adjusting for the hours worked on the said order by our expert if any. We shall not be held accountable for your bank charges, transfer fees, forex charges, transfer anomalies, and possible delays due to Bank service issues.
We retain the right to recheck the order details followed by the final payment to verify whether the assignment requirements are met as indicated by you. Should a discrepancy occur, we retain the right to modify the Order to make certain that your needs are addressed.
You place each Order and have a mandatory volume measured by the number of pages, with one page equal to 250 words. Upon delivery of our services which should match the number of pages/words you requested. Should there be a discrepancy on the page/number of words, a client may request reformat of the model paper to match the number of words/page numbers.
The client may request to modify the scope of work only if the expert has not started the assignment. No modifications will be permitted once the expert has begun working on the Order. Should the scope of work, order complexity, or reduce the urgency, the client will be subject to extra charges.
The client intends to offer all the necessary specific resource material for the assignment. They shall also require any additional instructions that need to be followed by our experts.
We are accountable for delivering the model paper and meeting the deadline indicated in the Order.
Your obligation is to ensure that we have been provided with the proper contact details. We will not be held accountable for any wrong contact details like your phone number and email address. If you have provided or need to change your contact details, we encourage you to contact us via WhatsApp or on the chatbox.
You will be held liable for checking your mail or any other mode of communication provided to us during the release of the model paper. Any carelessness from your side, we will not be held accountable.
Kindly note we retain the right to decline a modification request if the modification instructions violate the initial Order instructions. In such a scenario, you may be requested to pay extra charges.
